Executive Biography
Aldwin Webb is a Caribbean Digital Transformation Executive with over two decades of experience leading technology strategy, enterprise modernisation, digital government initiatives, and organisational transformation. He has held executive leadership positions across multiple national institutions, including the Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago, Family Court, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labour, and the T&T Police Credit Union.
Throughout his career, Aldwin has successfully delivered large-scale transformation programs, modernised critical technology infrastructure, strengthened governance frameworks, and implemented innovative digital services impacting over 300,000 citizens. His leadership contributed to organizations receiving the President's Award for Innovation in Service Excellence in both 2024 and 2025.
Aldwin holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) with Distinction, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Legal Practice Course (LPC) in the United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Information Technology. His unique combination of technology, business, governance, and legal expertise enables him to advise organisations on complex digital transformation challenges while ensuring strategic alignment, compliance, and sustainable outcomes.
