Digital Government
FIRSTT – First Year Infant Registration System
Led the implementation and launch of the First Year Infant Registration System (FIRSTT), a nationwide online platform that transformed the school registration process for parents and schools. The system digitized a traditionally manual process and provided a more accessible, transparent, and efficient service to citizens.

Investments in Student learning
National Student Laptop Distribution Programme
Provided strategic leadership and ICT oversight for one of the largest education technology initiatives undertaken by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago. The programme facilitated the deployment of more than 25,000 laptops to secondary school students, teachers, and school computer laboratories.
